Love the new branch and the great staff at the Kyogle branch of Summerland! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always have a great big smile. Brightens my day every time.
I closed all my account with Summerland credit union because of bad service I experienced with the new staff (two young ladies) at your kyogle branch. They are inexperienced and don't know what they are doing. Wished you have the previous staff there (Tracy, Gayle and Cheryl). Silly mistakes that they had done makes me wonder if our money will be safe with SCU so I closed our account.
